Couples Resorts has a long tradition of providing wonderful, memorable vacation experiences. Our original property was the Tower Isle Resort in Ocho Rios, created in 1948 by Abe Issa. Renamed Couples in 1978, it became Jamaica's first all-inclusive resort. Today we have three resorts, allowing you to choose the Old Jamaican charm of Couples Ocho Rios, the lush serenity of Couples Swept Away Negril or the chic intimacy of Couples Negril.

There are nine room blocks three levels high, no building is higher than the tallest coconut tree, with between 21 and 30 rooms on each block. All rooms except suites are the same in furnishings and fixtures.

Deluxe Garden View: Located throughout the property, each has a private balcony. Total: 101

Deluxe Ocean View: Located on the third floor of each block and on lower floors close to the ocean, some ocean views may be partial. Total: 67

Deluxe Beach Front: Located on the blocks closest to the ocean, blocks 1, 5, 6, 9, these offer partial ocean and beach views. Total: 48

Beachfront Suites: Located at the ends of each block, suites are one large room and have Jacuzzi, mini bar, coffee and tea facilities and a lounge area. Suite patios have a hammock. Total: 18

There is a day pass charge of US $75.00 per person for wedding guests staying off property.

* Weddings are performed Monday -Saturday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Notarized copies of your birth certificate AND passport or driver's license OR a notarized copy of your passport. Notarized written parental consent if under 21. Notarized proof of divorce, or notarized copy of death certificate for widow/widower (if applicable). Adoption papers if applicable. The couple is required to be on property at least Two Full Business Days in advance in order to finalize wedding arrangements and apply for a marriage license. One Government Working Day is needed to apply for a marriage license. All documentation is to be sent to the following address :

**There will be a mandatory, non-refundable fee of $150 (subject to change) for all wedding packages. This fee will cover the government processing, license, and marriage certificate. This is payable by certified check or International money order and must be submitted along with legal documents.

Stay six nights & split your stay between the two Resorts. Stay at least 3 nights at both. The transfers between the Resorts are complimentary and it is 40 minute non-stop flight.
